About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Elixir Software Engineer to join our team at Kantox, a leading fintech company developing sophisticated Currency Management Automation software solutions.

As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving our code base, developing new features, and collaborating with our team to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve our Elixir code base to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
  • Develop and test new features, working closely with our product development team to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  • Collaborate with our team to drive innovation, share knowledge, and improve our engineering practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help shape our technical direction.
  • Contribute to the development of our technical documentation, ensuring it's accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all team members.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Elixir, with a strong understanding of its ecosystem and best practices.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
