Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced eTime Lead Implementation Consultant to join our team at ADP, Inc. As an eTime Lead Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the eTime product for our clients, ensuring a seamless and successful experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation: Lead the implementation of the eTime product for clients, ensuring that all requirements are met and that the solution is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Blueprinting Workshops: Conduct blueprinting workshops to gather information on client requirements and design a solution that meets their needs.
  • Design and Documentation: Design and document the client's solution, including their business requirements and any program specifications required.
  • Issue Resolution: Take ownership of issues and gaps between client requirements and the eTime product, working with other teams to resolve them.
  • Integration and Testing: Liaise with clients throughout the data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phase, providing assistance and support as needed.
  • Training and Support: Support training delivery, update training manuals, prepare training systems, and conduct training sessions.
  • Client Handover: Ensure timely handover to client services following ADP's handover methodology.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in leading multi-country HR/T&M implementations.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of one or more Time Management product configurations and designs, excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, consulting skills to understand business requirements, and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Education: Must have configuration knowledge/consulting skills for at least one Time Management product/project, MBA is a plus.
