Bunge is excited to announce an internship opportunity for a Tax Compliance Intern. In this position, you will assist the VAT Compliance Team in fulfilling the obligations within the regional finance organization of BBS in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the Barcelona Indirect Tax Team by engaging in daily VAT Reporting tasks;
  • Promote a mindset of Continuous Improvement;
  • Assist in maintaining an effective system of Internal Controls, including Internal and External audits;
  • Support VAT and Intrastat Reporting activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or a related field;
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other European languages is advantageous;
  • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel;
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus, though not mandatory;
  • Excellent communication skills, along with motivation and adaptability;
  • Demonstrated persistence, resilience, loyalty, and teamwork.
