Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a regional business strategy to capture market share and drive revenue growth.
- Build and deliver Digital Pathology projects that meet customer needs and expectations, leveraging your expertise in Health Care IT.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and the EMEA Digital Pathology & Workflow Team to ensure consistent above-market growth.
- Partner with Distribution and Customer IT departments to design and implement effective Digital Pathology solutions.
- Research and develop new opportunities to increase Leica Biosystems' market share.
- Support the tender response team on technical application processes and communicate the value of Leica Biosystems' solutions to customers.
- Apply DBS tools to maximize results and optimizations.
- University degree in IT or Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Relevant experience in the Health Care IT environment, with knowledge of technologies, products, and processes.
- Previous experience in a biomedical and sales-oriented environment, with an understanding of regulated sectors and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel within the defined territory up to 60% of the time.
