Key Responsibilities- Project Support: Provide support to the Regional Sales Manager in all aspects of project management, including project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project reports, status updates, and issue lists.
- Customer Communication: Assist in communicating with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Tender Support: Provide support to the tender team in the Iberian region, including coordination, documentation, and communication.
- Travel Management: Manage travel arrangements in accordance with company rules and regulations.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a sales management office or similar role with a proven track record of assisting or coordinating multiple projects and customers.
- Knowledge: Solid knowledge of the automotive industry, preferably the e-Bus market.
- Language Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in Chinese, English, and Spanish.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, BBA, or similar field.
- Soft Skills: Proactive and collaborative approach to organizational problem-solving, team-oriented, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
- Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in similar B2B sectors.
- Language Skills: Portuguese language skills would be appreciated.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with High Tech Start-up, Electric Vehicles, Alternative Energy, and Batteries.
- International Experience: Demonstrated experience in working with an international team.
