Job Title: Sales Assistant

At Samsonite, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products, providing product information and demonstrations as needed.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of cash handling and inventory management skills.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales initiatives to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
