Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a highly motivated and organized Inhouse Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our resorts and maximizing sales through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing plans to attract qualified prospective purchasers to our sales presentations.
- Qualify clients according to our program details and explain promotion terms and conditions in a diplomatic manner.
- Coordinate appointments and arrivals with our front desk team.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to clients, showcasing our product knowledge and expertise.
- Maintain a positive attitude and develop strong relationships with all staff members.
- Ensure our locations are clean, polished, and tidy at all times.
- Provide creative suggestions for new programs or improvements to our marketing strategies.
- Public relations and marketing experience, with direct sales experience an advantage.
- Excellent one-to-one communication skills and a goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to lift small boxes and process paperwork and computer data.
- Travel may be required, including driving.
