Job Summary

We are seeking a professional who is driven, well-informed, and full of energy to join our European team and help our biosimilar business in Spain develop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Goals:
    • Achieve and exceed the assigned sales target.
    • Ensure the availability of company products in healthcare institutions by shaping and promoting optimal offers.
    • Generate demand for company products at key customers in the assigned territory through the execution of tender contracts (pull through) or private sales.
    • Generate loyalty through regular doctor visits defined in the doctors' list.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Responsible for product detailing and discussions with customers to keep them up to date with the latest scientific and practical information regarding our biosimilar portfolio.
  • Marketing Strategies:
    • Implementation of marketing strategies.
    • Area Management: Effective management of the territory through optimal selection of activities for the management of healthcare institutions, doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff.
    • Creation and implementation of plans of visits and other activities for the marketing strategy.
    • Possession of knowledge about the specifics of the territory and the activities of competitors.
  • Customer Relationships:
    • Cooperation with key customers: Leading or supporting the dialogue or commercial recommendation in accordance with the current pricing and policy.
    • Ability to familiarize customers with a reliable range of company products and adapt it to clients' needs.
  • Trade Partners:
    • Cooperation with trade partners: Conduct or support discussions or trading recommendations in accordance with the applicable pricing policy.
  • Communication:
    • Providing legal content in external and internal communication.
    • Keeping communication with good manners.
  • Promotional Materials:
    • Effective disposal of promotional materials in accordance with the assumptions of promotional cycles.
  • Compliance:
    • The employee is required to perform tasks entrusted to him and follow external business relations and internal policies.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Effective cooperation with other representatives of the company in the range of information sharing.
