Job Summary
We are seeking a professional who is driven, well-informed, and full of energy to join our European team and help our biosimilar business in Spain develop.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Goals:
- Achieve and exceed the assigned sales target.
- Ensure the availability of company products in healthcare institutions by shaping and promoting optimal offers.
- Generate demand for company products at key customers in the assigned territory through the execution of tender contracts (pull through) or private sales.
- Generate loyalty through regular doctor visits defined in the doctors' list.
- Product Knowledge:
- Responsible for product detailing and discussions with customers to keep them up to date with the latest scientific and practical information regarding our biosimilar portfolio.
- Marketing Strategies:
- Implementation of marketing strategies.
- Area Management: Effective management of the territory through optimal selection of activities for the management of healthcare institutions, doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff.
- Creation and implementation of plans of visits and other activities for the marketing strategy.
- Possession of knowledge about the specifics of the territory and the activities of competitors.
- Customer Relationships:
- Cooperation with key customers: Leading or supporting the dialogue or commercial recommendation in accordance with the current pricing and policy.
- Ability to familiarize customers with a reliable range of company products and adapt it to clients' needs.
- Trade Partners:
- Cooperation with trade partners: Conduct or support discussions or trading recommendations in accordance with the applicable pricing policy.
- Communication:
- Providing legal content in external and internal communication.
- Keeping communication with good manners.
- Promotional Materials:
- Effective disposal of promotional materials in accordance with the assumptions of promotional cycles.
- Compliance:
- The employee is required to perform tasks entrusted to him and follow external business relations and internal policies.
- Team Collaboration:
- Effective cooperation with other representatives of the company in the range of information sharing.
- Planning, Reporting & Data Base Update, & Sales Analysis:
- Reliable and timely planning and reporting activities and results, updating database in accordance with company requirements.
