About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans that align with business objectives.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Develop and curate high-quality content for digital channels, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats.
    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns
    • Collaborate with the PR and Marketing agency to plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, newsletters, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).
    • Create engaging and persuasive copy for digital ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to drive conversions and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
    • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, audience insights, and competitor analysis.
  • Co-Marketing and Co-Branding Initiatives
    • Collaborate with channel partners on marketing campaigns, including joint advertising efforts, co-branded marketing materials, shared trade show appearances, and other collaborative marketing activities.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in IT, including marketing automation platforms and social media analytics tools.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
