About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our team at Mygwork, a leading platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing business opportunities, and delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support a variety of projects from brief stage to successful delivery, being the first point of contact for the client, and responsible for the overall success of the project.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with client contacts, developing the application of consumer panel as a solution to answer business questions.
  • Support the development and delivery of high-profile, multi-country insights.
  • Create high-functioning relationships with EP colleagues and local Kantar & CPS GfK teams.
  • Develop opportunities to grow revenue, with a focus on widening our network and increasing the contribution of EP services.
  • Collaborate with and motivate other team members, share knowledge, and support each other, encourage a culture of learning and development across all clients in the family and home cluster.
Requirements
  • Knowledge in quantitative research, ideally an understanding of Consumer Panel data.
  • A desire to develop commercial skills through spotting opportunities, proposal writing, and delivering against commercial targets.
  • First-hand experience delivering insight-based consultative projects with the ability to present complex data clearly and incisively.
  • A confident, compelling, and engaging communication style that conveys the expertise expected of a consultant.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and influence both externally and internally senior-level contacts and to be seen as an expert by those contacts.
  • A collaborative approach with clients and colleagues of various personalities and cultures.
  • Ability to generate creative approaches to client needs using panel data.
  • Taste for trying new solutions and going outside of your comfort zone.
  • Be dedicated, taking ownership of tasks, working independently, creatively and resourcefully.
  • A team player with experience working with multiple stakeholders and partners.
  • Experience delivering against commercial targets and act proactively in pursuit of opportunities.
  • Independent and autonomous to work with virtual team members.
