Job Title: Client Success Manager, Iberia

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team in Iberia. As a key member of our Enterprise Venture Markets organization, you will be responsible for driving relationships with our top retail clients in Iberia and Italy, building optimization strategies, and leveraging cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an existing book of e-commerce retail businesses, deepening relationships within our partners and coordinating across internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Implement new placements, monitor revenue, and troubleshoot issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Advise clients on Retail Media strategy, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Partner with Criteo Activation teams to maximize Retail Media monetization for clients.
  • Build Joint Business Plans and run data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Onboard new clients and their teams onto Criteo's products, setting up campaigns in Managed Service mode and training them to operate in Self-Service mode.
  • Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to find efficient and optimized solutions for operational/technical issues.
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize products and processes for Criteo.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to foster innovation and address client and end-user needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in direct client relationships in the retail, e-commerce, and/or AdTech industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in offering outstanding customer service leading to revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel skills, with ability to identify business opportunities/issues, design appropriate tests/analysis, and execute/optimize based on results.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Italian would be a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the retail environment and online advertising industry.
