The Role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Growth Manager to join our marketing team and take the lead on all SEO and Organic growth at Celonis. As a key member of our Global Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for defining our overall digital marketing strategy and working with our business partners to maximize digital marketing opportunities and meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute thorough keyword research to uncover high-potential keywords aligned with user intent, enriching the reach and effectiveness of Celonis's content within search engine results
  • Optimize website content and technical components such as meta-tags, URLs, and sitemaps to elevate search rankings
  • Develop and implement robust link-building strategies to elevate domain authority and amplify search visibility
  • Continuously monitor SEO performance through analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Collaborate closely with content creators to ensure all content is SEO-optimized
  • Partner with the Senior Content Marketing Director to synchronize SEO and content marketing strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in SEO or analogous roles, underscored by a track record of successful strategy formulation and execution
  • Profound comprehension of search engine algorithms and ranking methodologies
  • Proficiency in utilizing SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SemRush, Ahrefs, or equivalents
  • Superior analytical acumen, coupled with the ability to extract insights, discern trends, and enact data-driven resolutions
  • Familiarity with AI tools is advantageous
  • Prior experience in SEO for B2B is highly desirable
  • Experience in SEO for SaaS businesses is advantageous
