Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with vendor suppliers.
  • Supply Base Management: Aid in overseeing the current supply chain and contribute to identifying new strategic sourcing opportunities to enhance profitability and optimize product portfolios.
  • Price Exception Management: Support the sales organization in managing pricing exceptions, including specialized pricing for automotive sectors.
  • Strategic Pricing Definition: Establish recommended selling prices (RSP) for all products, aligning with market positioning strategies.
  • Product Knowledge Development: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of product lines, staying informed on the dynamics of supply and demand.
  • Collaborative Strategy Formulation: Work closely with Product Managers and Sales teams to develop product offerings and inventory strategies.
  • Customer Support: Assist in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to manufacturing, product management, quality, and technical matters.
  • Project Development Assistance: Contribute to project initiatives by articulating the added value of products within the portfolio.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
