We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Lead to join our team at Npsg Global. As a Senior Site Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coaching site-based teams, preparing sites for go-live dates, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop site-based teams, including internal and agency workforce
- Prepare sites for go-live dates, including setting up workstations, inventory, and workflows
- Assist in completing quality documentation and reporting, including burn and status reports
- Manage health and safety protocols for the team on site, working with our internal HSE team
- Collaborate with Inventory and Operations teams to ensure materials are procured and deployed to site
- Plan, schedule, and assign work, ensuring activities comply with company policies and procedures
- Monitor product quality and customer relations, and create corrective actions as required
- Consult with Project Manager and Client regarding designs, schedules, tooling, and workflow
- Advising senior managers on improving quality and efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience in managing medium to large teams in the fit-out sector
- Automation, Engineering, or Electrical background
- Valid European driving license
