About the Role
As a Product Manager - Payments at seQura, you will play a key role in driving the development and enhancement of our payment platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and international expansion of our flexible payment products.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute the strategy for our payments platform, aligning it with our commercial objectives and market needs.
- Market Analysis & Regulatory Requirements: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the payments industry, monitor competitor offerings, and ensure our payments platform stays compliant with regulatory changes.
- Product Development: Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, prioritizing features, defining requirements, and guiding the development process to deliver high-quality, merchant and shopper-centric payment solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including merchants and partners, gathering feedback, understanding their needs, and translating insights into actionable product improvements.
- Metrics and Performance: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of our payment products and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
