- Develop and execute a holistic approach to relationship management, ensuring every interaction with our partners is infused with value, innovation, and a shared vision for mutual success.
- Coordinate all SAP interactions to drive Partner investments and growth in SAP's solutions portfolio.

- Ability to master complexity and orchestrate multiple timelines.
- Focused on both consumption and sales to maximize customer success.
- Strategic thinker with high degree of creativity and innovation.

- Experience in orchestration of ecosystem practices, leading with influence and managing multiple relationships.
- 3-5+ years in a Partner-facing role, with experience working for an SAP partnership desired.
- Demonstrated partnering and sales leadership skills.
- Business development planning and execution experience in driving demand gen, sales pipeline, and enablement with Partners.
- Strong analytical competencies to drive action orientation through assigned Partners.
