We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support our reservation department in providing exceptional customer service to our international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process watersports booking requests from clients, ensuring accurate and timely reservations.

• Provide detailed information about our services, including options and availability, to clients via various communication channels.

• Coordinate with clients to finalize bookings and send confirmation notifications.

Requirements

• Possess excellent language skills, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients.

• Familiarity with watersports is a plus, but not a requirement.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
