We are seeking dedicated support for our reservations team, focused on fulfilling the watersport preferences of our diverse clientele through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage inquiries related to windsurfing, kitesurfing, and wing-foiling, providing detailed information about our offerings, processing bookings, and dispatching confirmation details to clients. Our customers can reach out through email, phone, or in person.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Familiarity with watersports is advantageous but not a requirement. A desire to reside in a sunny and breezy environment is preferred.
