About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support our reservation department in Fuerteventura. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing watersports booking requests from international clients via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage watersports booking requests for windsurf, kitesurf, and wing-foil activities
  • Provide excellent customer service, explaining our services and ensuring seamless reservations
  • Send booking confirmations to clients and maintain accurate records
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent language skills (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of watersports (a plus, but not required)
  • A passion for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
