Key Responsibilities- Validate and post invoices in accordance with company guidelines and processes, ensuring compliance with country-specific legal requirements and controls.
- Resolve internal and external queries related to payment status, general information, and vendor reconciliation.
- Perform assigned tasks and collaborate with other teams for month-end closing.
- Provide support and build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve issues detected in quality controls, such as VAT code, currency, and legal entity.
- University degree in finance and/or administration (ideal, not mandatory).
- Less than 2 years' experience in accounting.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus.
- Fluent in English (C1) and good command of both oral and written communication.
- Native speaker level of one of the following languages: Polish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, or Czech (will be a plus).
