About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Associate to join our finance team for the family office at Ambar Soluciones Sa.

As a Legal Associate, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our family office.

Your primary focus will be on document preparation and organization, coordination with international tax and legal consultants, bank communication, and general administrative tasks.

This role involves handling a significant amount of confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare legal documents, contracts, and correspondence as directed by the family office, reorganize and update those documents.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure proper organization of sensitive documents.
  • Collaborate with international tax and legal consultants on matters related to the family office.
  • Communicate with banks and financial institutions, including banking payment compliance.
  • Conduct research to identify and evaluate potential service providers for various family office needs.
  • Obtain proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain a trusted network of providers.
  • Support financial audit of the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Proven experience as a legal associate or legal counsel at least 2 years experience in the consulting/ legal firm.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in document preparation and organization.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
  • English language (both written and verbal).
  • Russian language will be a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using office software and technology.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
