About the Role:
Hitachi Vantara Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Southern Europe Team, focusing on Spain, but also open to collaborating with other countries and Talent Partners in our region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support hiring managers in the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across Hitachi Energy within the geographic remit.
- Collaborate with the larger recruitment team on internal and external recruitment matters.
- Support recruitment campaigns from strategy and planning to activation.
- Identify short-term and long-term gaps in talent demand and advise on solutions to talent challenges.
- Communicate with candidates at all steps of the recruitment process.
- Promote Hitachi Energy as an employer of choice in relevant forums.
- Support in developing Hitachi Energy's recruitment strategy to identify and attract top talent.
- Analyze and interpret recruitment data.
Requirements:
- You hold a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or other relevant areas.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from a similar industry.
- You are flexible, humble, determined, and can work independently as well as collaborate well with others.
- You enjoy working with both operational and strategic tasks.
- You are a customer- and service-oriented person with strong communication skills.
- It is important to be structured and able to work effectively with several processes at once.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; a good level of French is desirable.
