Product Development Manager

Blu Selection is seeking a skilled Product Developer to join our team in Marbella. As a Product Developer, you will work closely with our business owner to develop innovative beauty products that meet the highest standards of quality, efficacy, and market appeal.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the business owner to design and develop new beauty products.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for new product development.
- Create detailed product formulations, specifications, and prototypes using industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Test and refine prototypes, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and end-users.
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met within budget and on schedule.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other external partners to source raw materials and packaging components.
- Oversee the production process, from initial concept to final product launch.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in product development within the beauty industry.
- Experience in a start-up environment is essential.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Marbella or surrounding areas.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to commercialization.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the business owner and other team members.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to beauty and personal care products.
- Creative thinking and a passion for beauty innovation.
- Permanent contract.
- Compensation aligned with the market and experience.
- Being part of a growing international company & project within the beauty industry.
- Initially remote, with the potential for a transition to office-based work with hybrid flexibility.
