Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead our Data Department. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to manage the Data Platform and its components. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the platform, ensuring it is scalable, cost-efficient, robust, and reliable.
You will also support and participate in Business Intelligence initiatives, aligning them with broader data strategies to deliver actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making across the company. In collaboration with various stakeholders, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog and initiatives within the company roadmap, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data solutions that align with client needs and business strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the Product Owner, facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams in following Agile best practices.
- Defining and prioritizing user stories, acceptance criteria, and tasks based on business value, technical complexity, and urgency.
- Ensuring the backlog is transparent, visible, and aligned with the overall product roadmap.
- Collaborating with data teams to ensure alignment across all objectives.
- Serving as the primary point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
Requirements include:
- Proven experience working as a Product Owner and within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business deliverables.
- Data-driven mindset and user-centric approach to product development and improvement.
- Fluency in the technologies adopted by the Data Engineering Team.
- Proven decision-making skills, with the ability to assess business impact, risks, and opportunities.
