Requirements
- Higher education in software engineering, computer science, or a comparable field.
- Software development experience, including design, coding, and debugging.
- Experience as a team leader and communication expert.
- 4+ years of experience shipping commercial software in a role as a business analyst or product manager.
- Real-world experience in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum.
- Analysis of software requirements and definition of software tasks.
- Alignment between business needs, UX designs, and technical specs.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Atlassian Confluence.
Desirable Skills
- Development skills in backend and front-end frameworks, such as Spring and React JS.
- Experience with healthcare software and knowledge of FHIR standards.
- Professional fluency in English.
