Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our pre-opening team, you will be responsible for crafting our beverage lineup and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
  • Prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our bar products and cocktail recipes.
  • Be flexible and adapt to changing seasons and guest preferences.
  • Monitor operating supplies and reduce waste.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a smooth and tidy service.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality within beverage.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to our unique culture.
