We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Inside Sales Account Executive to join our diverse EMEA Ruckus Team. The ideal candidate should be within a reasonable commuting distance, as some office presence will be necessary.

Your Role in Connecting the World

You will represent CommScope's Ruckus Networks technology, brand, and global leadership to stimulate funnel growth and generate revenue streams. This entails engaging directly with end users and efficiently managing selected partners to secure revenue.

Key responsibilities for this role include promoting sustainable and profitable growth in designated accounts by enhancing client/partner relationships, crafting solutions for existing accounts, and reaching out to potential clients who have yet to engage with the CommScope Ruckus portfolio.

Your focus will be on developing our Tier 2 Partners, managing medium-sized deals with end users, and spearheading outbound prospecting initiatives. This position aims to cultivate the next generation of field talent in the region.

We seek a distinguished professional capable of driving profitable operations, achieving balanced growth through effective account management and planning, and identifying opportunities by leveraging the expertise of your virtual team (e.g., Sales Specialists, Professional Services, and/or Field Sales).

Qualifications Required for Consideration

  • High proficiency in English and near-native fluency in German.
  • Solid understanding of the IT sector, familiarity with the Sales Cycle, and a proven history in coaching, influencing, and closing deals. Proficiency in CRM solutions or similar platforms is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability in account mapping and utilizing online tools and resources for researching and understanding client business drivers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for establishing strong business relationships.
  • High energy, dedication, and a commitment to exceeding company objectives.
  • Proven determination and drive to achieve goals and overcome challenges to deliver results.
