Accounts Payable Specialist

Join Nh Hotels Group as an Accounts Payable Specialist and take on a challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing vendor invoices end to end for all hotels worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage vendor invoice posting, incidences, escalations, and clarification worldwide.
- Ensure that Invoice Processing team have updated and accurate Handbooks and instructions.
- Apply consistent and homogeneous methodology for incidence management across all BUs.
- Focus on continuous improvement mode to improve the overall operation and effectiveness of SSC in its interaction with NH functions.
- Support Vendor Query Team and attend escalations to be solved as priority number one.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in Administration area.
- High level of English (spoken and written).
- Desirable French or Dutch (spoken and written).
- Desirable SAP-FI Knowledge.
- Advance user on Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Access, Project, etc.).
