Postdoctoral Researcher in RoHS Compliant Colloidal Quantum Dot Technology
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at the Quantum Flagship. The successful candidate will be part of our Functional Optoelectronic Nanomaterials group, led by Prof. Dr. Gerasimos Konstantatos, and will focus on the development of RoHS compliant colloidal quantum dot photodetectors and image sensors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, fabricate, and characterize optoelectronic devices based on solution-processed materials
- Optimize material properties and device stack on a die level
- Collaborate with industrial partners to integrate the optimum QD stack on a full image sensor
- Contribute to the development of truly interdisciplinary high-impact research
Requirements:
- Ph.D.-equivalent degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Material Science
- Strong background in the physics of optoelectronic devices and proficiency in TCAD modeling
- Experience in charge transport studies, low noise techniques, and optoelectronic characterization of devices
- Expertise in colloidal quantum dot optoelectronics, device fabrication, and stack optimization
