Celonis is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Consultant to lead our agile project teams and accelerate our customers' digital transformation. As a key member of our team, you will drive the implementation process, delivering exceptional service to ensure the optimal solution for our customers using Celonis technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and drive the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration of Celonis technology with our customers' business operations.
• Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing business processes.
• Design and implement innovative analyses and execution apps, enriching them with machine learning algorithms and task mining to make customer processes transparent and automated.
• Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies, understand root causes, and suggest approaches to overcome them, quantifying business and financial potential and presenting relevant KPIs to management.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, conducting value creation workshops and aligning measures to improve process inefficiencies.
• Set the foundation for the path to value, ensuring long-term customer success and driving the Celonis Process Mining technology forward.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area.
• Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab...) and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and known for being a quick learner.
• Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
