Job Opportunity: Danish Content Moderator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Danish Content Moderator. As a key member of our content moderation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and engaging experience for our users.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and filter content on a popular social media platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Utilize advanced English language skills to effectively communicate with users and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to identify and address any content-related concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with current cultural, political, and social events to provide a nuanced understanding of content.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Danish: C2 level and advanced English language skills.
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database.
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive with a strong awareness of current cultural, political, and social events.
  • Affinity with social media platforms and experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact center environments.
  • Availability to work from the office and from home within a 100km radius.
  • Mandatory studies completed, with a document to prove it (according to Spanish legislation).

  • 38.5 hours/week contract with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week.
