Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Therapy and Product Specialist to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our Neuroscience department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Therapy and Product Liaison
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business performance in key accounts, including delivering product and therapeutic knowledge, detailing to prescribers, and negotiating sales terms with hospital pharmacies.
  • Run high-level scientific meetings with customers to convey product importance and value.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and marketing strategies.
Account Management
  • Formulate comprehensive key account plans to build and maintain trustful relationships with key stakeholders, while maximizing business performance.
  • Collaborate with supply chain to ensure product availability at account level.
  • Support and collaborate with In-Field Market Access territory partner to gain product access to local formularies and/or protocols within accounts.
  • Develop deep local insights into priority accounts to shape and implement innovative offerings that meet account needs.
Commercial Excellence
  • Prioritize and manage accounts within assigned territory by assessing business opportunities through contacts with key decision makers and important local players.
  • Analyze territory sales and competitors together with customer behavior for best KAM or IFP planning.
  • Perform local marketing and sales analyses and gain patient flow insights.
  • Champion Key Account Management approach and share best practices among KAM team.
Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships with external partners, including KOLs, therapy nurses, other HCPs, patient associations, and hospital pharmacists.
  • Serve as single point-of contact for account related activities with HCPs, communicating value that Reconocida empresa provides to clients.
  • Transmit clients' voice and needs to the organization and coordinate required resources within Reconocida empresa to respond to them.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of neuroscience products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
