Job Title: Implementation Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Implementation Expert to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office. As an Implementation Expert, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of our new technology platform, EMMA. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to our hotels during the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support on the full EMMA solution during the implementation week.
  2. Perform system configuration and data migration activities.
  3. Manage risks and issues, escalating them when necessary and following up on their resolution.
  4. Deliver excellent support in a client-facing environment, including front desk, F&B, and M&E departments.
  5. Deliver on-the-job support to hotel staff and management.
  6. Assist the Implementation Lead in all other activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  7. Assist in any other activities on site or remotely to further develop processes, training, etc. to improve the rollout and implementation of EMMA.
  8. Travel on site as required to implement the system change on property.
  9. Ensure the tasks pertaining to the implementation of EMMA are completed with efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Administration skills and highly organized.
  • Strong Interpersonal Communication skills.
  • Training experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated problem solver; able to thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, responds to customer needs quickly and effectively, adapts to change.
  • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly.
  • Strong listening skills; demonstrated ability to ask effective questions.
  • Ability to create reports and a strong understanding of database principles.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor degree.
  • Minimum experience: 2-3 years.
  • Language skills: English and French as mandatory. Other languages would be a plus.
  • Required certificates: None.
  • Required to travel: 30% travel (domestic and international).
  • Location: Spain based, possibility of France based.
