Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support during the implementation week, ensuring a smooth rollout of the EMMA solution.
  • Configure and migrate system data, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage risks and escalate concerns to the Implementation Lead, working collaboratively to resolve them.
  • Deliver exceptional support to hotel staff and management, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Assist the Implementation Lead in all activities, ensuring a successful transition to the new system.
Requirements
  • Administration skills and high organizational abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to train and educate hotel staff.
  • Self-motivated problem solver, able to thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
  • Fluency in English and French, with additional languages a plus.
