We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director Assistant to join our team at Hotel Aguas De Ibiza 5 Gl. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Financial Director, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Financial Director in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide administrative support in the preparation of financial statements, accounts, and other financial documents.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of financial analyses and reports, including variance analysis and cash flow projections.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and control.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in a hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, including accounting and budgeting tools.
