Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Export Operation, Customer Service, or Logistics & Supply Chain operation, with a background in Customs regulations.
- Direct experience in team management.
- Strong leadership, empowering people and teams.
- Fluent in English (autonomy/effective communication).
- Strategic thinking, logical & analytical thinking, problem-solving, and innovative skills.
- Able to work under high pressure and challenging situations.
