Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our IT projects from start to finish. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management.
  • Estimate project costs, resources, and timelines, and create detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure team members are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may impact project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
