About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to join our team at Raw Igaming. As a key member of our Integration Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to create innovative and engaging online games.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure seamless integration of systems, processes, or business units.
  • Continuously report project updates and status in the project reporting system, providing stakeholders with timely and accurate information.
  • Work closely with the Integration Manager to define project scope, deliverables, and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal project-related communications, facilitating collaboration between technical teams and business units.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and open communication.
  • Facilitate meetings, including project kick-offs, status updates, and post-project reviews, to ensure project goals are met and lessons learned are documented.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring members are aligned with project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor the project team's performance and provide guidance as needed, ensuring high-quality deliverables and successful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business units, ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with QA teams to define and improve testing strategies and acceptance criteria, ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Oversee the resolution of any defects or issues identified during testing, ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Oversee the transition of the project to the account management, ensuring a smooth handover and successful project closure.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, ensuring continuous process improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software, with experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and integration technologies.
