**About the Role**

At Empresa Reconocida, we're seeking a skilled Integration Specialist to join our team. As an Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing software integrations with third-party vendors, ensuring seamless user experiences for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate communication between customers and development teams, leveraging technical expertise and interpersonal skills to drive project success.
  • Design and implement technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality integrations.
  • Identify and gather customer needs, documenting integration requirements and specifications.
  • Represent the technical team in customer-facing interactions, ensuring effective communication and project progress.
  • Monitor and follow up on project timelines and goals, discussing new features as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Technical background and experience in integrations, web services, and APIs.
  • Passion for complex problem analysis and solution design.
  • Excellent communication skills to guarantee project success.
