Executive Chef

As a key member of our culinary team, the Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food and exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide the team to achieve our culinary goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage kitchen shift operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to enhance the culinary experience.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellent service.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute special events and promotions.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and storage of food and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related field.
- 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; 2 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
