This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's HR team as an HR Business Partner in the Logistics and Operations department. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in delivering the HR plan at our delivery stations in Andalucia, working closely with operations teams to provide pragmatic, commercial, and employee-focused advice and support.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Selection: Support hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to ensure timely and high-quality candidate selection, and develop a robust succession plan to ensure the growth and development of our leaders.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Develop and deliver engagement and communication plans to drive employee engagement, and provide support to line managers in employee relations and employment law to ensure fair and consistent implementation of employment policies.
- Performance Management, Talent Management, and Succession Planning: Organize the annual leadership review process, provide coaching to line managers on performance development, and work with the site's learning and development team to ensure appropriate learning interventions are in place to support the site's succession plan.
- Generalist HR: Provide an exceptional service to internal customers, analyze metrics to identify root causes of issues, and develop credible, commercial processes and projects for the site and the ES network.
- Significant HR experience at Head of HR level, ideally in a multi-site, high-volume, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment.
- Problem-solving and analytical capability, with experience of managing ambiguity and analyzing HR metrics to find root causes and develop short, medium, and long-term plans.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels, including hourly paid and shop floor employees.
- Proven hands-on attitude, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Ability to motivate and influence others, with strong change management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to bring valuable insight into the team and business.
- Experience of leading complex change management and/or leading key HR project implementations.
