Thales Alenia Space España is seeking a highly skilled HR Labour Relations/Payroll Technician to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating labour relations activities and payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Administration: Prepare payroll data to send to the external payroll provider with all the variables per month.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, including permanent, temporary workers, VIE, interns, and stagiaires.
- Labour Relations: Act as a liaison between employees, management, and unions, handling labour relations activities and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, monitor absenteeism, and analyse absenteeism KPIs.
- HR Solutions and Reporting: Ensure databases are updated and the information is accurate, conducting regular sanity checks, and prepare documentation for audits.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and labour relations.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy.
