As a Project Manager for Logistics and Production, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of AUTO1 Group's Logistics and Production areas. Your key responsibilities will include:
- **Strategic Planning**: Contribute to the development of the growth plan for Logistics and Production, identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.
- **Project Leadership**: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to operational execution, focusing on Logistics and Production Performance Areas.
- **Risk Management**: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
- **Scalable Improvements**: Create and implement scalable improvements for profitability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- **KPI Optimization**: Focus on enhancing key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimizing results to drive business growth.
- **Global Initiatives**: Support the Head of Production and Head of Logistics on strategic global key initiatives and analysis.
- **Direct Reporting**: Directly report to the Director of Production and Logistics Iberia.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- **Relevant Education**: Degrees in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- **Work Ethics**: Strong work ethics, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while working autonomously.
- **Leadership Experience**: Experience in leading and implementing new projects across different areas of responsibility.
- **Strategic Business Development**: At least 4 years of experience working in Strategic Business Development Projects, Startups, Fast Scale companies, or Strategy Consulting.
- **Language Skills**: English C1 or above.
