- Front-End Functions: Perform and coordinate front-end functions to ensure achievement of established revenue cycle metrics, consistent with excellence standards and practice workflows.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Display leadership qualities, manage daily staffing needs, and serve as a mentor and role model to all colleagues.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in electronic medical records.
