Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior KYC Analyst to join our growing KYC team in Madrid. As a Junior KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing confidential information provided by merchants, performing KYC checks, and communicating with our merchants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess confidential information provided by merchants and perform KYC checks
  • Communicate directly with our merchants and be the first point of contact for onboarding-related matters
  • Collect and verify relevant documentation and iterate on the process flow
  • Be an internal product advocate and track product processes
  • Contribute to the platform and provide feedback and issues to merchants
  • Be an internal advisor for onboarding-related questions in the local office
Requirements
  • Great sense of responsibility and ownership for work
  • Natural tendency to be curious and think outside the box
  • Great communicator with a strong team spirit
  • Analytical and critical mindset
  • Affinity for Onboarding/KYC/CDD and operational processes
  • Experience in KYC/CDD field is a plus
  • Fluent English language skills; additional languages considered a plus
