About the Role
We are seeking a Junior KYC Analyst to join our growing KYC team in Madrid. As a Junior KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for using critical-thinking skills to assess confidential information provided by merchants on a daily basis. You will also communicate directly with merchants, perform KYC checks, and iterate on the process flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with merchants and be the first point of contact for onboarding related matters
- Perform KYC checks on merchants, collect and verify relevant documentation, and iterate on the process flow
- Be an internal product advocate, track product processes, and contribute to the platform by feeding back feedback and issues from merchants
- Be an internal advisor for onboarding related questions in the local office
Requirements
- A great sense of responsibility and ownership for work
- A natural tendency to be curious and think outside the box
- A great communicator with a strong team spirit, not afraid to step out of your comfort zone
- An analytical and critical mindset
- A sense of achievement from solving operational problems and helping others
- An affinity for Onboarding/KYC/CDD and operational processes, with a willingness to learn more
- Fluent English language skills, with additional languages considered a plus
