Role Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst III plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of our sales processes and analytics. This position is designed for individuals who excel in data simplification and presentation, enabling stakeholders to grasp complex information effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Presentation: Transform extensive and intricate datasets into easily digestible insights.
  • Reporting Support: Aid in the preparation of monthly and quarterly business review reports.
  • Proactive Analytics: Conduct Gap Analysis, create Heatmaps, and provide Market Intelligence.
  • Rapid Analytics Production: Quickly generate analytics to address critical business inquiries regarding regional, territorial, account, or product group performance.
  • Revenue Target Ownership: Take charge of setting annual revenue targets for sales teams within designated regions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively across departments to achieve consensus among colleagues.
How Success is Measured
  • Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for the Commercial selling team.
  • Report Generation: Create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including Funnel reviews, Critical metric performance tracking, Business reviews, and Territory Planning.
  • SFDC Support: Provide assistance with Salesforce.com (SFDC).
  • Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding for essential analytics tools.
  • Data Stewardship: Act as a steward for data maintenance and a liaison for customer service to ensure data quality is maintained for reporting systems.
  • Metric Relevance Assessment: Continuously evaluate the relevance of metrics in relation to business needs and priorities.
  • Data Processing: Process, cleanse, and validate data utilized for analytics.
