Hotel Cleanliness Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our guests have a memorable and unique experience.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
- Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
- Previous housekeeping or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
