Hotel Cleanliness Expert

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our team at Le Méridien Barcelona. As a key member of our Housekeeping & Laundry department, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working order and properly stored.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and Marriott International's quality standards.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
