About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our team at Renaissance Barcelona Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hotel standards and procedures.
  • Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean and well-maintained.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Restock linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.
